Madison Arts Commission Announces Annual Signature Grants

The Madison Arts Commission announces that the Signature Grant Applications and Guidelines are now available. October 15, 2009 is the last day to apply for the Signature Grant. A Signature Grant is for new work that has never been performed, published or exhibited. It provides up to $5,000 for artists and non-profit arts organizations for an art and/or cultural activity that is a new, original work. The City of Madison distributes funds to Madison artists and non-profit organizations through the Madison Arts Commission's annual grant programs.
