MADISON – On Monday, December 12, Madison Mayor Paul Soglin and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Regional Director Kathleen Falk join Covering Wisconsin and the United Way of Dane County at Hawthorne Public Library (2707 E. Washington Ave.) to provide announcements about the Marketplace and how to enroll before the December 15 deadline.
