Road Closure - South Owen Drive Reconstruction

Starting on Monday, May 6, South Owen Drive, between Regent Street and Hillcrest Drive, will fully close for reconstruction. Proposed work includes replacement of the asphalt pavement and road base, replacement of the sanitary sewer main and laterals, replacement of the storm sewer and private storm connections, installation of new curb and gutter, and replacement of sidewalk and drive aprons as needed.

South Owen will remain closed to thru traffic at the project limits, with local access for residents maintained. Work is anticipated to conclude September 1.
