Storm Clean Up Brush Collection Set Out Dates Now Available

posted

The set-out dates for brush collection for clean-up from the storm are available at www.cityofmadison.com/BrushCollection.

The goal for the Streets Division is to complete one complete cycle through the city for brush collection prior to Friday, June 14, 2024.

How to Get Set Out Dates for Brush Collection

Set out dates vary by neighborhood, and multiple neighborhoods share the same set out date.

To get the date for where you live, go to the brush collection website and enter your address into the form, or use the look-up map.

Set the brush out collection on the Sunday shown on the map.

Collection will occur sometime during the work week following the set-out Sunday.

Drop-off Site Information

Also, the Streets Division drop-off sites also accept brush.

As previously announced, the limit on the number of trips residents can make to a drop-off site has been temporarily lifted. Residents can make multiple trips to a drop-off site when bringing in brush until June 1, 2024.  For additional drop-off site info, visit the drop-off site page, www.cityofmadison.com/DropOffSites

Additional Information

Damage from this storm was widespread and significant, so your patience will be appreciated as crews work collect this material as efficiently and safely as possible.

Urban Forestry arborists and staff are continuing their work clearing road blockages and other tree damage concerns.  And other core services provided by the Streets Division will continue, such as street sweeping, trash collection, and recycling collection.
