Joe Clausius, District 17 to present information and gather input from residents on the Central Library plan and future eastside libraries on: Wednesday, October 7, 2009 Starting at 7:00 p.m. LaFollette High School - C17 Lecture Room 702 Pflaum Road Topics to be presented and discussed include: * Overview of the Central Library Project: Need, cost, design and the role of the Central Library * Discussion on Funding: TIF, borrowing and costs of borrowing and fundraising activities * Renovation vs. New Construction Analysis * Proposed Eastside Libraries - Grandview and Northeast
