July Volunteer Spotlight: Art Paul Schlosser

Art Paul is an unofficial volunteer at the Madison Senior Center, being more of a member who contributes. He is a musician and artist who is a fixture at many of our Friday Open Stage events, and throughout the years his paintings have found a home on many of the Center's walls. He currently has several dozen paintings on display in our second-floor Gallery space – part of a show called Reflections of Summer – so stop on by to check them out! He says of his work, “Some of my work is more like cartoons, other paintings are more abstract, but I hope they aren't boring. When I paint, I try to make you see something new, something old, something odd, or something cool." Thank you, Art Paul, for adding color, creativity, and a sense of cool to the Senior Center!
