Event Description

What if many of the things we've come to accept as "just getting older"—such as low energy, brain fog, poor sleep, aching joints, and having a harder time getting around—are actually connected? In this engaging and practical presentation, you'll discover how daily habits influence healthy aging. You'll learn simple strategies that can support memory, energy, physical function, and overall vitality, helping you stay active, independent, and fully engaged in life.

About the Presenter
Michelle Pitot, LCSW, EdD, is a therapist and health coach with more than 35 years of experience helping people improve their emotional and physical well-being.
