Community Corrals
"Community Corrals" are informal meet and greets with our mounted patrol officers and horses.
Part of having a safer community starts with simply getting to know your neighbors. The horses are a great way to "break the ice" and let people interact in a positive way-both with each other and with the police. By being an extra set of eyes-and-ears, your neighbors play an integral part in crime prevention.
Corrals can be scheduled in any City of Madison neighborhood location. The unit is available Sunday-Thursday for afternoon or early evening visits, April-November.
