Ballroom Basics for Balance™ (BB4B) is a fun way to improve balance through the basics of dance! This is our original, core curriculum!  A mix of levels from beginner to experienced. You move independently, with or without the help of a device like a cane or walker. You may want a spotter every once in a while, or you may not need one at all.
