No Show and Cancellation Policy
In May 2025, the Board of Parks Commissioners approved the Golf Madison Parks Cancellation Policy. The document contains important research and impact data to support the policy.
Tee time changes or cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Cancellations made between 6 and 2 hours before the reservation may be charged for the full reservation and refunded via gift card. Cancellations within 2 hours and all no-shows may be charged the full green fee for each absent golfer.
