Concept Paper for Senior Services for Southeast Asian Population
The City of Madison's Community Development Division programming is reviewed through the lens of its impact on poverty, racial equity, and social justice. CDD supports an evidenced-based, trauma informed, holistic approach that includes coordinated service delivery to ensure that residents are able to access relevant services. Activities target low-income individuals, residents of color and vulnerable populations, and are designed to be culturally and linguistically responsive to residents.
This document introduces the proposed 2019 conceptual framework for 2019-2021 City of Madison Community Development Division funding for Senior Adult Services specifically for the aging Southeast Asian elder population residing in the City of Madison. The services to be supported with the new funds authorized in the 2019 Operating Budget fall under the purview of the City's framework for Senior Adult Services.

Early Childhood Funding RFP
The City of Madison Community Development Division is seeking proposals from organizations to provide programming and services to the early childhood care and education community and workforce. This is defined as individuals and programs primarily serving children ages birth to 5 years old. The City of Madison's Community Development Division's programming is reviewed through the lens of its impact on poverty, racial equity, and social justice.
