- A Neighborhood Meeting was held on Thursday,October 15, at
Stephens Elementary School to discuss the Near West Side Water Supply Augmentation project.
- Due to weather related construction delays, the East Side Pressure Zone Conversion was delayed until the morning of Wed., November 11, 2009. Click here for more information. A Neighborhood Meeting was held October 8 at Kennedy Elementary School
to discuss the project.
- The Water Utility has added a new service for our customers! An after-hours payment box is now located at the front door of our office at 119 E Olin Avenue. Billing Office hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Payments can also be made online using debit or credit cards at www.madisonpay.com.
- The Water Utility has taken seasonal wells out of service. Seasonal wells operate during the warmer months to meet higher water demands. Those wells now removed from service are Unit Wells
6, 8, 17, 23, 27, and 28. (Well 10 remains out of service.) To find out which well serves your address, click here.

The Madison Water Utility is offering rebates of up to $100 for residential customers who replace their high water volume toilets with EPA WaterSense-rated High Efficiency Toilet (HET) models.
