Project H20 During 2012 and 2013, Madison Water Utility is upgrading all customer water meters to a wireless network that reads and transmits daily water consumption. Now available:  You can pay your Madison Municipal Services (water) bill with automatic bill payments.  By filling out the ACH (automatic clearing house) debit form, you can make payments using automatic withdrawal from your bank account rather than writing a check.  Print out the ACH form here.

The Madison Water Utility Drinking Water Quality Annual Report for 2011 has been mailed to all customers.  To view a copy online, click HERE.

Results of a 2010 City of Madison resident satisfaction survey show that respondents are overwhelmingly satisfied with the quality of their drinking water.  In fact, over 47% of respondents indicated they were "Very Satisfied" or better.  View the water results here. The Madison Water Utility is offering rebates of up to $100 for one toilet per household for both residential customers and apartment building landlords who replace their high water volume toilets with EPA WaterSense-rated High Efficiency Toilet (HET) models.
