IMPORTANT: Scheduled Maintenance Starting at 9 PM on Wednesday, July 8
Municipal Services Bill, Property Taxes, and General Billing Invoice payments will be down for maintenance beginning 9 PM on Wednesday, July 8, through 8 AM on Monday, July 13. During this time, we will be unable to accept online, pay by phone, and in-person payments.

Municipal Services Payment Portal
The City of Madison uses an online Municipal Services payment portal for all bill pay.
If you would like to use e-billing, auto-pay, or receive water use notifications, you will need to create a new account and sign up for these features.

Credit and debit cards: Card payments have a $2.95 service fee. There is a $500 payment maximum for credit cards. There is no maximum for debit cards.

We accept cash, check, money orders, debit or credit (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover). There is no fee for in-person credit or debit card, cash, or check payments.
