    Reconstruction begins Tuesday, May 26, of the Wingra Creek Path between Olin Ave and the railroad bridge near Beld St. Until May 31, the existing path with a minor detour can be used. June 1-6 a detour via Gilson Street and Olin Ave begins.

  • Capital City Path will be detoured 5/26 - 5/28 near Olbrich Gardens

    The Capital City Path will be closed and detoured between Sugar Avenue and Walter Street from 7:00 AM on Tuesday, May 26th until 7:00 PM on Thursday, May 28th, in order to work on ATC high-voltage electric transmission line poles next to the path.

    The John Nolen Path (a.k.a. Capital City Trail) in Law Park west of the Monona Terrace Convention Center will be closed for construction for about one month, possibly as soon as Tuesday, May 5. During construction, no bikes or pedestrians will be permitted on the path.
