School Street Pilot Project has Started!
Marquette Elementary is the site of Madison's School Street Pilot Project. From Monday, May 18th and continuing every school day through Wednesday, June 10th, Jenifer Street, between Thornton Avenue and Rogers Street, will close to vehicle traffic.

The Draft Safe Routes to School Strategic Plan presents a vision for increasing walking, biking, and taking the bus to school and provides program and policy recommendations to provide safe streets, safe campuses, safe behaviors. Comments will be accepted until 5:00pm on Sunday, May 31
John Nolen Drive Reconstruction Traffic Closure Update
S Broom St is scheduled to reopen by 4pm on June 2. North Shore Dr will close at 5am on June 3.
The Capital City Trail and the North Shore Drive shared-use paths will remain open throughout construction.
