Restoring Ourselves and Our Communities - September 10

"The Restorative Justice Summit is a statewide educational forum that brings together young people and youth-serving professionals to collaborate in advancing equitable, evidence-based restorative justice and peacemaking practices that aim to transform youth services, programs and communities in Wisconsin."

Hello!  

Last year was the first summit and I was able to attend most of the sessions.  I am thrilled to see the summit come back for a second year and I am looking forward to expand my knowledged on the various topics to be presented.  This free and virtual event will feature speakers from across the state, country, and now world who will focus on promoting restorative practices, particularly related to young people. 

The Restorative Summit Session 1

Friday, September 10th 9:30-12:00

Feature a keynote our Madison's very own Ananda Mirilli.  Five additional breakout sessions will also take place. 

To register, please click here. We encourage you to share with youth as well as adults whose decisions impact young people. 

This is during day job hours but the sessions will be recorded if you are not able to make the scheduled times.
