• The Streets Division's drop-off site located at 1501 W. Badger Road will be closing on March 25, 2022 for a construction project. Residents will not be able to use the Badger Road drop-off site while it is closed for construction. The site will remain closed until at least the spring of 2023. Read more here.

Notice of Intent: Vegetation Maintenance at Allied Dr Channel

Dear Residents, City of Madison and City of Fitchburg own and maintain the stormwater greenway channel and retention pond that runs north-south behind private properties on Revival Ridge in Madison, and Equity Ln in Fitchburg. The channel is bordered by Crescent Road at the south and runs to approximately 250' south of Jenewein Road at the north. See map and additional details here.

The City of Madison Administrative Procedure 6-2 requires that notice be provided to property owners within 100 feet of tree trimming, pruning or removal which will occur on public lands. This work may begin on or after April 4, 2022.

2022 MadCity Ultras 100K | 50K | 50K Relay

Race Director Tim Yanacheck and the Local Organizing Committee have announced the date of April 23 2022 for the 2022 MadCity Ultras. In 2022 the events will include the 100K USATF National Road Championship as well as the 50K Road and 50K Relay races. To register click here
