News Release: Anticipated Credit Card Outages in City-Owned Garages and Lots

Heading to the Farmer's Market this weekend?  

Please see the recent news release regarding some upcoming network maintenance occurring this Saturday, September 24.  Work will begin at 7 amthat will disrupt network connections providing some functionality for the Parking Divisions Garages and Lots, specifically the use of credit and debit cards for payment.  We expect credit and debit card services to resume later in the morning, with the garages and lots taking a priority during this maintenance.

These interruptions will impact nearly all of the City-owned garages and lots.  Other important details are outlined in the release.

We  would appreciate your help in sharing the word about this work, as our facilities will require cash payments for the duration of time that the network is impacted.

All on-street meters and pay stations will NOT be impacted by this maintenance.
