Let's Talk Budget - Capital Amendments

Good Morning!

In the middle of a work integration!  Joined a meeting (7:30 AM), and one good afternoon after the other it reminds me that this meeting start time is not about me!  But about us as a team of a very complicated project.  Yes, my day starts early but those on the other side of the world already put in 7 plus working hours! The success of this global project depends on our willingness to put in the time and to come to the meeting/workshops prepared to participate.  These integrations are incredible difficult but the only way trough it is by not losing sight of the big picture. We don't agree all the time but the nature of this project requires consensus and appreciation for each others efforts. Working under this conditions is natural and familiar for me!
