4702 Verona Road Starbucks Coffee Shop

Hello!

I met with staff this week about the new development. A new blog is in progress with the information collected. In the meantime here is another notice of additional activity in the area.

"Dear Alder Figueroa Cole: Please be advised that I am writing on behalf of 2018DT South Beloit, L.L.C., the owner of the commercial property commonly known as 4702 Verona Road, Madison, Wisconsin. The property was formerly operated as a Harris Bank Branch and was developed as a Planned Development limiting the use of the property to bank use only. 

This letter shall serve as notice that the owner intends to file an application to amend the existing Planned Development applicable to the property, to expand the permitted use to include the operation of a coffee shop by a national coffee chain, using the existing building and existing site, and for other corresponding commercial and retail uses."
