Hope you had a relax weekend with family and friends! We had a great time celebrating with our love ones and we are looking forward to getting together at the end of the year.

There are 2 important meetings coming up for the1302 S Midvale project:

1. UDC Informational: 
   January 10th, 2024 
   Concept Site, Building Plans and Elevations
   Applying for a major alteration to an existing conditional use
   https://www.cityofmadison.com/city-hall/committees/meeting-schedule Agenda is usually published Friday before the meeting - I will send a reminder via the blog when the agenda is up.

2. Neighborhood Meeting 1: 
   January 11th, 2024

   Join us for a Zoom meeting with the developer, planning staff-including a lead from the West Area Plan & UDC staff.
