Why does it feel like a Plan Commission (PC) marathon? Maybe because we met three times last month, and here we are again. A year ago, when I started at PC, I was anxious to embark on this new adventure. I have learned much about Planning, zoning, Standards of Approval, and more! I appreciate my fellow commissioners, staff, and community members who have helped me nerd out the past year. I hate to admit it! Plan Commision is way more exciting than I was expecting.

Amending Sections 28.151 and 28.211 of the Madison General Ordinances to allow Accessory Dwelling Units for properties with up to eight dwelling units and remove owner-occupancy requirement for ADUs
