Notice of Public Hearing

The City of Madison's Urban Design Commission (UDC) will hold a public hearing in Rm 153 of the Madison Municipal Bldg, 215 MLK Boulevard at 4:30pm on Wed Aug 14.

The subject of the hearing will be an application to build a new 2-Story Commercial Building in Urban Design District 7, located at 1224 S. Park Street.  

The purppose of a public hearing is to hear from all interested parties.  

South Park Street will be undergoing major changes over the next several years.  If this is of interest to you, here is an opportunity to learn more and participate in the process. 

This site is located adjactent to the much-discussed Pick 'N Save, and is therefore part and parcel of the Wingra Triangle.
