-- Potential for improvement in the neighborhood with respect to traffic, ped safety, bike crossings and bus stops

-- Need for a review and revision of the current land use plan for the 1000/1100 block of Sayle Street (VFW & Traffic Engineering property) as a result of the soon-to-be submitted development for the VFW site. (This meeting is not intended to be an in-depth discussion of Avante's most recent yet-to-be-finalized plan.)

-- Discussion of other existing neighborhood issues as identified by meeting participants

-- How to get involved in Madison's development approval process and the Planning & Economic Development Committee of BCNA
