Neighborhood meeting: Former Perkins site redevelopment

Please join me for a neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposal by Degen and Associates to redevelop the properties at 5237 and 5133 University Avenue.

The proposal includes a four-story mixed-use building at the former Perkins site with 10,300 square feet of commercial/restaurant space topped by three floors of apartments, and two other 4-story apartment buildings for a total of 90 units.

Representatives of the development team will present their proposal and answer your questions. City staff from Planning will also be available.

This proposal has not yet been submitted to the City, but you can view a preliminary site plan at this link.
