Proposed Development at Oakwood Village Presentation

On May 19th, Alder Martin and I hosted a virtual neighborhood meeting about Oakwood Village's proposal for a new 60 bed skilled nursing facility. For those of you who couldn't attend the virtual meeting, here is a copy of the presentation given by the development team. You can also watch a video recording of the meeting on the City's City Channel.

Note: Demolition of Hebron Oaks, located at 6201 Mineral Point Road, will be done at a future time after the new skilled nursing facility is operational.
