What's going on at the corner of Mineral Point and Whitney Way?

I wanted to alert neighbors about some work that will be starting in the near future on the corner of Mineral Point Rd and South Whitney Way. Commencing after June 21st, University Research Park (URP) will begin doing some selective clearing and preparation of land for construction, construction of two new public street, the installation of stormwater management facilities, and associated grading.
