Proposed Development - 6604 Odana Rd (Recording and Presentation)

On Tuesday, July 26, 2022, I hosted a virtual neighborhood meeting about Apex Real Estate Holdings, LLC and Walter Wayne Development's development proposal for 6604 Odana Road, formerly Market Square Theatre. The proposal is for approximately 98 residential units in five stories over two levels of parking. It would require a demolition permit, conditional use approval and re-zoning from CC to CC-T.

The development is part of a planned multi-use site containing more than forty thousand (40,000) square feet of floor area and where twenty-five thousand (25,000) square feet of floor area is designed or intended for retail use or for hotel or motel use. This proposal will require conditional use approval following a recommendation on the design of any specific proposal by the Urban Design Commission.

The demolition permit and conditional use approval will be taken up by the Plan Commission. The re-zoning will be taken up by the Common Council.
