West Area Plan Meetings

The West Area Plan will be checking in with several commissions the week of December 11th:  

1. December 11, 5:30pm: Plan Commission.   Because the Commission did not get through the full agenda on December 7th it will be continuing discussion of the West and Northeast Area Plans on Monday.  Note: the Commission’s discussion will only cover issues common to both area plans, such as underlying plan review and mapping maximum building heights.  The Commission will not be covering West Area-specific issues already discussed during the December 7th meeting.
2. December 13, 5:00pm: Transportation Commission. West Area Plan staff will be presenting a progress update and will be seeking Commission feedback on key transportation-related issues.  This meeting, rather than the Parks meeting below, is most relevant for those interested in transportation-related elements of the West Area Plan.
3. December 13, 6:30pm: Board of Park Commissioners. West Area Plan staff will be presenting a progress update and will be seeking Commission feedback on key issues related to City parks.  For those interested in both transportation and parks, note that the West Area Plan is item #16 on the agenda (and this meeting starts 90 minutes later than the Transportation Commission).   

The meetings are for progress updates and commission feedback on key issues - no formal votes will be taken."
