West Area Plan Scheduled Public Meetings

The next round of public meetings for the West Area Plan (which includes District 19) have been scheduled: 

1. March 4, 2024, 6-7pm - Virtual Meeting (advance registration required)
2. March 5, 2024, 12-1pm - Virtual Meeting (advance registration required)
3. March 12, 2024, 6-7:30pm - In-Person meeting at Memorial High School, 201 S Gammon Rd - enter main doors facing Gammon (open house from 6-6:30, presentation at 6:30, followed by discussion/Q&A groups)

Join us to review draft recommendations for the West Area Plan! Each meeting is anticipated to have the same presentation. Staff anticipates releasing an initial draft of maps and text prior to the week of the meetings - another message will be sent when that is available.  There will be additional opportunities to comment on draft maps and text outside of the meetings - further information will be provided on that as well.
