Neighborhood Meeting re: Request to Expand Indoor seating and add Outdoor seating at 1 Sherman Terrace

Please join Alder Ledell Zellers and Jessica Cattaneo of Flambé Gourmet for a meeting where we will hear about Flambé Gourmet's application for a alcohol license change to expand seating from 30 to 54 inside and adding seating for 24 outside.  You will also hear about their café called Stella Blu Café.  You will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback. You will also have an opportunity to see their facilities.
