Neighborhood Meeting: Proposed Redevelopment of 519-521 West Main Street

posted

The Neutral Project proposes to redevelop the properties located at 519-521 W. Main Street. The houses at 519 W. Main Street and 521 W. Main Street would be demolished, and a new, four-story, mixed-use building would be constructed. The new building would consist of 30 apartments ranging from studio to three-bedroom units and totaling approximately 25,000 square feet, and 850 square feet of commercial space, with the most likely potential use being a coffee shop. The underground parking would include 18 stalls for cars and 31 stalls for bicycles.

A virtual meeting about this proposal is scheduled for Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. You can join the virtual meeting using your computer, smartphone, or tablet, or you can listen in via telephone.
