I understand that: I need to make payments on time. If I do not, the court can order a suspension of my driver’s license, interception of my tax refund, referral to state debt collection, or a collection action. Any penalties the court has already issued will not be lifted until I have made my entire payment. If my driver's license has been suspended, the suspension will only be lifted if I contact the court in writing, meet the poverty definitions in Wis. Stats. 804.29(1)(d), and have not failed to follow a payment plan before.
