| Neighborhood Description: | Country Grove Estates is located on the southwest side of Madison. Our neighborhood consists of approximately 300 households. Two-story, split-level, and ranch homes were built in the late 1990s. Our neighborhood is young: new families with young children enjoy the convenience of the neighborhood parks and close proximity to Chavez Elementary School. Conveniently located on the far west side of Madison, Country Grove Estates offers protected green spaces and walkways and an ecologically friendly waterway. |
