Profile, Statistics and Indicators
Neighborhood Description: Right out our windows you can take in the 4th of July Rhythm & Bloom fireworks show. Hear the cheers of the Mallard Baseball games. Observe Sandhill Cranes feeding in Warner Park. Easily stroll over to Warner Park Community Recreation Center for a workout, senior meal, or a art class. East Bluff Condominiums are managed by the homeowners through the East Bluff Homeowner's Association and its elected Board of Directors. The oldest condominium association in Madison, East Bluff offers the opportunity for homeownership to people at an affordable cost. We are a self-managed condominium association with five, owner-elected, board members and have been a community for over 30 years. The East Bluff community includes people from many ethnic groups, ages, lifestyles and backgrounds. We believe our diversity is one of our strengths and we work to help everyone live together in harmony.

Neighborhood Statistics Indicators: The Neighborhood Indicators Project is a demonstration of key characteristics and various indicators that relate to the quality of life in Madison at the neighborhood level. Basic neighborhood information as well as housing, public safety, health and family well-being, economic, and transportation indicators by neighborhood is available.
