Neighborhood Description: | Ridgewood Neighborhood was born during the early 1990s and 2000s housing boom. New construction on the east side of Madison produced a neighborhood south of East Towne regional shopping area. Two-story modern homes and spilt-level ranches, two major park areas of Glacial Hill and Sycamore Park, and easy access to Highway 30 and I90 system makes the location of this neighborhood desirable. As Madison's far-east side continues to expand and develop it will be critical for our neighborhood to make its wants and desires known to the larger community via our neighborhood association. Ridgewood Neighborhood Association is a volunteer organization that welcomes involvement from all residents. The residential homes along Ridge Oak Drive are part of a homeowners association that are govern by the abutting property-owners. |
