Profile, Statistics and Indicators
Neighborhood Description: Skyview Terrace, a small single-family, upscale subdivision on the west side of Madison. Skyview Terrace may be small at just 28 acres, but the lots are spacious, many garnering more than half an acre. The area is made up of about 40 single family and two unit homes. Built in the late 1950s and early 1960s, housing style is a mixture of ranches, spilt-levels, and full two-story homes. Exclusive Highlands Community lies to the south. Residents in Skyview Terrace drive through the Highlands to gain access to Capital Avenue, Old Middleton Road, or Old Sauk Road. The City of Middleton lies directly to the north.
Neighborhood Boundaries: A west side neighborhood situated around East and West Skyline Drive
Neighborhood Statistics Indicators: The Neighborhood Indicators Project is a demonstration of key characteristics and various indicators that relate to the quality of life in Madison at the neighborhood level. Basic neighborhood information as well as housing, public safety, health and family well-being, economic, and transportation indicators by neighborhood is available.
