Public Input Meeting for new Elver Park Splash Park

The City of Madison Parks Division and Alder Lisa Subeck will host a public input meeting to discuss the proposed splash park at Elver Park on Tuesday, October 22 at 6:30 pm. This meeting will be at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 1701 McKenna Blvd, Madison. The proposed splash park will include construction of an approximately 3000 square foot interactive water attraction featuring spray toys and fountains for children of all ages. Like the Cypress Spray Park located on the city's south side, this will be free, public facility open during summer months beginning in August 2014. The proposed splash park will include water conserving equipment such as a recirculating water capture and reuse system which will treat and reuse splash park water within the system, along with associated amenities for the splash park area.
