City of Madison Disc Golf Courses are Closing for the Season

The baskets at both Elver Park and Hiestand Park will be removed for the winter.
City of Madison Parks’ disc golf courses are located at Hiestand Park, 4302 Milwaukee Street and Elver Park, 1250 McKenna Boulevard.
With the onset of winter, disc golf baskets at Elver Park will be removed this Sunday, November 23; and at Hiestand Park on Monday, November 24. Baskets will be replaced in the spring as soon as the ground thaws and courses are playable.
How to purchase a permit for 2015
2015 permits will go on sale December 1, 2014. Permit applications will be available online, at the Madison Parks administration office, 210 MLK Jr. Blvd., Suite 104, at two retail stores: (EAST) Glide - Disc Golf Pro Shop, 4222 Milwaukee St., Suite 7 and (WEST) Play it Again Sports, 6674 Odana Rd.
