Jessica Price to Serve as Madison’s New Sustainability & Resilience Manager

Mayor Rhodes-Conway has selected Jessica Price to serve as the City’s new Sustainability & Resilience Manager. In this role, Jessica is tasked with leading the City’s climate, sustainability, and resilience work.

Jessica most recently worked as the New York Renewable Energy Strategy Lead for The Nature Conservancy. In that role, she worked on issues related to renewable energy, climate adaptation, equity in sustainability, and community engagement. Jessica has also worked as a science writer in Chicago and received Masters and Doctorate degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

“Jessica brings knowledge, passion, skills, experience, and a love for Madison to this role,” says Mayor Rhodes-Conway. “I look forward to welcoming her back to our city and working with her to help grow our sustainability efforts.”

Jessica will start in her new position within the Mayor’s Office on August 9.
