Monona Terrace Announces Concerts on the Rooftop Season

Monona Terrace is excited to announce its free summer Concerts on the Rooftop lineup! The public is invited to enjoy great music, a family-friendly setting, and gorgeous views of Lake Monona and downtown Madison.

The rooftop and Lake Vista Café open at 5:30 p.m. with Concerts from 7- 9 p.m.

THURSDAYS:

  • June 1  The LoveMonkeys blend rock, pop and reggae into one of the most fun and original performances in the Midwest. It’s charisma, energy, culture and chaos all in one musical setting!
  • June 15  To Be Announced. Stay tuned, we’ll be revealing this exciting band on May 20!
  • June 22  The Jimmys are a powerhouse, seven-piece band influenced by raw Chicago Blues to second line New Orleans funk. Touring throughout the US and Europe, the Jimmys have amassed international acclaim.
  • July 6  The Whiskey Farm is an Americana and folk rock band from Madison known for their multi-instrumentalists and layered harmonies in lyric driven songs. They’ve released five studio albums and are winners of four Madison Area Music Association awards.
  • July 13  Unity the Band is an original roots reggae group based in Wisconsin. Recently named Wisconsin Area Music Industry’s Artist of the Year, they have honed an interactive outdoor stage show with positive party vibes and a knack for drawing club crowds into the irie groove.
  • July 20  Madison County knows how to rock the Monona Terrace rooftop to capacity. They’ve been voted Country Artist of the Year at the Madison Area Music Association Awards Show and Wisconsin Area Music Industry People’s Choice!
