Meagan Tuttle Appointed Madison Planning Division Director

Mayor Rhodes-Conway announced today the appointment of Meagan Tuttle as the Director of the City’s Planning Division. Meagan currently serves as the Director of Planning for the City of Burlington, Vermont, where she has worked since 2015.

“I am pleased to name Meagan Tuttle as Madison’s next Planning Director. She is a highly engaged and dedicated public sector leader who brings a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to her work,” said Mayor Rhodes-Conway. “I look forward to working with Meagan to build on the Planning Division’s strengths and implement the priorities identified in the Imagine Madison comprehensive plan. I am confident she will be a strong addition to our efforts to create much needed housing in Madison.”

Mx. Tuttle will join the City on August 5th. Bill Fruhling, a Principal Planner in Madison’s Planning Division, will serve as Acting Director in the interim, beginning on March 17.
