N Sherman Avenue Closure for Railroad Crossing Replacement

Beginning at 5:00 am on Monday, August 17, Wisconsin and Southern Railroad will close N Sherman Avenue just north of Oxford Place to replace the railroad crossing.

The closure is expected to last approximately 14 days, with the roadway scheduled to reopen by the morning of Monday, August 31.

A signed detour will direct traffic via Aberg Avenue, Packers Avenue, and Commercial Avenue. 

Pedestrian & Bicycle Detour

A signed detour will direct people walking and bicycling to Commercial Avenue, Huxley Street, and Roth Street to navigate around the street and sidewalk closure.
