Thank you to everyone who participated in yesterday's election. The City of Madison is reviewing materials and preparing for the Municipal Board of Canvass on Friday. Turnout is estimated to be 51% as calculated as percentage of pre-registered voters. More than 96,500 voters in Madison cast a ballot in this election.
Provisional voters
Provisional voters have until 4:00 p.m. this Friday to bring their photo ID to the Clerk's Office. The Board of Canvasser will meet at 4:00 p.m. Friday to count provisional ballots from voters who meet this deadline. Your ID does not need to show your current address.
