Crews Respond to Shed Fire on West Side

MFD responded to a shed fire on Kingston Drive. Madison Police officers were already on scene and attempting to suppress the fire with a portable fire extinguisher as the homeowner used a garden hose. 

Upon arrival, Engine 6 deployed a hose line and extinguished the fire. Ladder 7 overhauled the area and checked for fire extension in adjacent areas.

It's unknown how the fire started, but compromised electrical lines were noted as a possible cause.
