Road Closure – Felland Road and Blissful Avenue intersection

Starting Thursday, August 6, Capitol Underground will close a section of Felland Road at Blissful Avenue. The full closure of the intersection is part of a Veridian private development project that includes underground sewer work, electrical work, and the addition of turn lanes on Felland Road. The intersection is anticipated to reopen by Monday, September 14.
Additional Details:
- Local traffic can access Blissful Avenue via Divine Street.
- Message boards will be present on Felland Road at Lien Road and CTH T to remind drivers of the closure.
- A detour will be signed to direct motorists around the closure.
