Six Applications Received for Interim District 1 Alder Position

We received six (6) applications from eligible District 1 residents interested in serving as the interim District 1 alder until April 20, 2027.
Each of the following individuals will be invited to the next step in the process, which is an interview with the Common Council Executive Committee.
The Common Council Executive Committee (CCEC) will hold applicant interviews on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, and make a recommendation to the Common Council. The Common Council will then appoint an interim District 1 alder to serve until April 20, 2027, at its regular meeting on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.
