Unauthorized Burning - Eastside

Engine 8 responded for a report of an outside fire. Upon arrival, E8 was met by an individual who stated that he was burning paper in an approved container. E8 explained the Madison General Ordinance regarding outdoor burning, and that the smoke had been called in and was creating a nuisance. E8 requested that the fire be extinguished, and the individual complied without issue. E8 returned in service
