Incident Details
The Madison Fire Department and the Madison Police Department were dispatched to Ho Chunk Casino early Sunday morning after a vehicle drove through a pole barn-type structure.
Medic 5 and Engine 5 were first on scene to find a mid-size, older Ford Mustang had driven through the building. Half the car was still extending out the back of the structure, and the driver was able to get out of the vehicle on his own. He reported he was uninjured.
Power to the building was shut down as crews assessed the scene for potential safety hazards. There were no obvious fuel leaks, and no fire, smoke, or other obvious dangers found.
