New License - 703 W Beltline Hwy - Arbor Hills area Update

UPDATE:

The Class A liquor license was granted with the following conditions:

• Class A license for beer sales with the addition of wine and cider.  Sales of hard liquor in gas stations are prohibited by city ordinance. 
• Sales of single bottles are not allowed 

As for safety conditions included were:

• Outdoor Lighting
• Surveillance equipment 
• Trespassing signs 

In addition, the owner was in agreement with the conditions and also agreed to stay in contact with the neighborhood association.
